It Begins and Ends with You!
At Keter-Royale Restorations, you [the client] are the foundation of our business. Therefore, in order to satisfy our clients, we focus on 2 key things:
- Our promise to our clients
- Consistent delivery on our promises
Let us take a closer look at these two things.
Our Promise to Our Clients
At Keter-Royale Restorations, we don't give estimates; we make promises. While the details will slightly vary from project to project, the following 4 promises apply to all projects:
- NO hassles. Through careful planning, we strive to ensure that a project will flow smoothly from the moment you contact us until the moment your project is complete.
- NO Hidden Charges. In the planning stages, we seek to anticipate any situation that could arise and adversely affect your budget. In this way, you can be sure that any project that we undertake will be within your budget.
- Quality Craftsmanship. Every project that we undertake in your home, will be done in accordance with the industry standards for that particular project. This includes both the supplies that we use and the actual work practices.
- Superior Customer Service. We strive to always be attentive to your wants and needs, and to provide you with suitable solutions.
Consistent Delivery on our Promises
IIn order to consistently deliver on the promises that we make to our clients, we follow a 4 step plan:
- LISTEN to the needs and wants, and budget our clients. A project budget needs to be realistic, and will determine what amount of our clients' wants and needs can be performed.
- CREATE A PLAN- What will the finished project look and feel like? How will we accomplish it?
- EXECUTE the Plan in an orderly fashion, as planned, using the agreed upon products and work specifics, in the agreed upon time frame.
- OPEN COMMUNICATION - Our representatives will maintain contact with you throughout the project, through appointments, phone calls, and/or project briefings. Likewise, you are encouraged to be in contact with our representatives, as well.
Your First Call
When you contact us to discuss your project, you can expect to be asked several questions, such as:
- What is the scope of the project that are you planning?
- Do you already have written plans for your project?
- Do you have a budget for your project?
- When are you planning on completing the project?
